Song for Judge Anna J. Brown: Doing the Right Thing, the Right Way, for the Right Reasons

Welcome Judge Danielle J. Hunsaker
The U.S. District Court of Oregon Historical Society extends its congratulations and welcome to Judge Danielle J. Hunsaker, a confirmed nominee to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. She will join the court upon receiving her judicial commission and taking her judicial oath. She will fill the seat of Judge Diarmuid O’Scannlain, who has taken senior status. On September 19, 2019, President Donald Trump nominated Hunsaker, the former presiding judge for Washington County Circuit Court, to a seat on the court. The U.S. Senate confirmed Hunsaker by a 73-17 vote on November 6, 2019.
